Doug Gaither, Owner

Doug is passionate about cars and trucks! As a 38-year veteran of the automotive-repair industry Doug has been an owner/operator or manager of multiple independent auto repair businesses, service stations, a brake specialty shop, and a tire store. He has also worked as an SMI manager with Mobil Oil Corp., running a high-volume service station and convenience store.

In addition to owning and managing shops, Doug has extensive training and experience in automotive maintenance and repair. Doug is an ASE Master Certified auto repair technician and is ASE L1 certified for advanced drivability and computer diagnosis. He is also a Washington State Authorized Emission Specialist and has been in the program since it began.

Joseph Raoul St. Pierre, Manager

Raoul joined the Northwest Automotive team in 1992 and worked his way up from apprentice to technician to store manager. Customers appreciate his work ethic, intelligence, integrity, and strong customer-service skills.

Raoul has extensive automotive training and experience. He is an ASE Certified Master Auto Technician and is ASE L1 certified for advanced drivability and computer diagnosis. He is a Washington State Authorized Emission Specialist.
